Shown in the photo is an Iain Oughtred design Guillemot dinghy fitted with Good Wood Boats solid buoyancy product.  Made from tough high density lightweight foam, the blocks are fuel resistant, comply with British and European safety standards and are contoured to suit this particular 12’ traditional clinker dinghy.  The blocks have a strong tailored Weathermax^® cover, strong adjustable fixing straps and resist high water pressure.  No need to inflate buoyancy bags ever again!

Good Wood Boat Company’s latest wooden Tideway is now complete and took pride of place on our stand ant Beale Park boat Show.  The photo shows vistors admiring her copper fastened, mahogany on oak, traditional construction.
